Michael W. Wright
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
Graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. After graduation, Mike established M. W. Wright & Co., an accounting firm specializing in Income Taxation which is now one of the largest and most respected accounting firms in North Texas. It was during this time that he became involved in Oil & Gas Tax law which he’s continued since 1994. Mikes served as Mayor Pro-Tem for the City of Denison, TX from 1992 to 1996 and during his time on the Denison City Council he was also the liaison to the City of Cognac, France. He is very involved in his community and is a major contributor to youth sports. He enjoys the “in the field” aspect of the oil and gas business as much as he does the accounting aspects.
Scott M. Casper
During his studies at Eastern Michigan University, Scott worked as a Civil/Structural & MEP Designer at C&B Engineering in Ann Arbor, MI. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in CAD & Engineering, he advanced his career into Black & Veatch Engineering in Ann Arbor, MI as a Level 4 Structural Designer managing industrial and power plant projects worldwide. He continued his Civil/Structural Engineering studies at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. In 1993, Mr. Casper transferred to Dallas, Texas and continued an extensive executive career with several successful corporations related to Engineering, Design-Build Construction, Real Estate Development, and Oil & Gas Drilling/Production. In addition to Mr. Casper’s many years in the Oil & Gas Drilling/Production industry, he is a current member of American Association of Petroleum Geologists, has served on the executive boards of professional organizations, and graduated from various leadership programs.
Chief Financial Officer
Started his career with World Savings Bank’s REO department. Azam made significant contributions towards the improvement of the community and his successes were witnessed by building over 100 residential and commercial buildings in different prestigious locations. In the late 1990s he started developing branded gas stations with companies such as Chevron, Shell, Union76, Mobil, which included car washes and QSRs. In 2008 he owned and managed 144 residential units in Los Angeles, California and then owned and successfully managed 6 gas stations at another point in his career. Azam’s big career project involved the development of CNG and Hydrogen filling stations in the Los Angeles area. In addition to his 20 years of Wall Street experiences, resources and relationships which gave him the opportunity to be involved in two publicly traded companies (restructuring their financials and sales divisions), Azam has many years in Precious Metals Trading and is passionate about Oil and Natural Gas opportunities.
Dr. Joshua C. James, MD
Advisory Board Member
Dr. James is native of Plano, TX and graduated from Plano East Senior High School in 1995. He earned his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating with honors. He completed medical school in 2003 from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where he remained for his residency training in Otolaryngology. He is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology.

Mark Kennedy is a native Texan who was born in Denison and raised in Garland. He received a Bachelor degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1990. While he was still in college, Mark started working in the printing industry. Beginning in production, Mark soon worked his way up to Vice President. He has thrived in that position for over 25 years. Mark and his family reside in Southlake, TX. He and his wife Alicia have been married for over 15 years and have two children. Their daughter Kara is 8 & their son Jack is 4. In addition to serving on this board, Mark has served on the advisory board for the Las Colinas Medical Center and has served as president of their HOA. Mark and Alicia are involved and serve at their church in Keller, TX as well as help support several local charities that are near and dear to their hearts.

Mike Boos is a Lewisville, Texas resident for over the past five years, who was raised in Kansas City, MO. Mike received his Bachelor’s degree from Lindenwold University in 1987, his MBA in 1994 and is currently writing his dissertation for his Doctorate degree in International Business. When he started college his freshman year, Mike began working for United Parcel Service in nine different states while moving up to position of Vice President. Mike, has now been with UPS for 37 years. Mike, has enjoyed building relationships and winning teams in all assignments. Mike and his wife Laura have been married for 32 years. They have four sons and five grandchildren. Mike and Laura are actively involved in different local charities that are close to their spiritual and family belief’s.
